You may already be aware that RedBrown have submitted their planning application to the planning authority at East Hants. It won’t be published for another week or two, but when it is the HVA will convene a public meeting in the church to advise everyone of the approach it will be taking.
We will also be leafleting the entire village with details of how we plan to proceed and with ideas that we would Like people to consider. It really is a case of watch this space.
Redbrown have sent us a note explaining their approach and it can be found on our Redbrown Page where you will find the updated map and many other details relating to this topic
To show our appreciation of the efforts the village has made in helping Ukraine, I have started to put together some of the comments on the WhatsApp group. This will keep it as a permanent record.

East Hampshire District Council have released an updated map/list of the Land Availability Assessment (LAA) for areas which have the potential to be developed for housing. HERE is a link to the EHDC site.

From 5th June till the 10th June there was an ATC speed camera on the lamppost near Andrew’s Endowed School registering cars coming into Holybourne. This is a quick summary of the report. It logged cars within a 1 hour window
The highest speed recorded was 45 MPH at 7:25 in the evening of 8th June. -somebody might remember that. On average though over the period the average speed of non speeders was 24 MPH and of speeders, 33 MPH.
Most nights had no traffic between 02:00am and 04:00am – although on 6th June between 01:25 am and 02:25 am someone went through at 40 MPH – again they might remember.
