I teach traditional Hatha Yoga including postures, breathing, relaxation and other aspects of the ancient practice of Yoga as relevant to the group or individual. I include modifications as needed to be inclusive to all levels and experience.
I started attending classes myself 20 years ago, then trained to teach (3 years, 500 Hours Diploma) with the Inner Yoga Trust 2012-15. I have been teaching for 5 years now, building up more classes and enjoying sharing the benefits of looking after one’s whole self. It is an ancient, gentle but subtly powerful strengthening and nourishing practice of kindness to the body, mind and soul.
