The development at Lynch Hill has been approved at outline and this has the proposed exit on to Montecchio Way between the junction with Mill Lane and the A31 roundabout. This has been approved by Hampshire County Council Highways. The mix of units Office/Warehouse type is yet to be fully approved. It is considered that more office accommodation would be preferable.

The work on the Mill Lane Montecchio Way junction is now complete and operational. The extended footpath to Holybourne Village is progressing and is due to be complete by 24th/25th January. At this point the retail park, especially Lidl will be open.
