8th May 2023
Big Help Out!

As part of this nationwide event we have looked at ways to support our fabulous village community. There are two events planned for you to consider:

1 Freecycle – see poster on the left.

2 We’d invite you to help us spring clean our beautiful and ancient church.
There are loads of different jobs including shining brass candlesticks, hoovering up bees, banishing cobwebs from ancient timbers and washing medieval floor tiles.
Turn up any time between 10am and noon and you can take your pick. We will have cloths and mops and cleaning fluids. You might want to bring your own Marigolds.
Tea and coffee will be freely flowing and a warm welcome guaranteed.
